Support for UTF-8 files and right CSS #4

I added support for UTF-8 files, before only ASCII files were supported. Also replace the wrong css files with a basic markdown stylesheet.

I have the intention to provide a right CSS file for both GitHub and Bitbucket sites too. Soon.
