Updated Dijkstra's code #127

cleaned the code and added some command line parameters

OK there are conflicts with the current repo. You'll need to "rebase".... but that's weird because I don't think I've changed anything in the Dijkstra directory. Can you please resolve the conflicts (using "rebase") and re-submit the PR? Thanks.
