Changed the Help Section and the Error text when no objective is chosen #99

"./sana -h" now only prints the outputHelp file, To print the banners there are new flags that are detailed at the end of the outputHelp file. Like "./sana -h -go" will print the General Options Banner.

The error text for when no measure is chosen is now the one that we discussed in the email.
