Fixed python3 source extractor woes #87

The previous implementation (scipy imsave, found in the py2 version of these scripts) is no longer supported and the I previously implemented didn't fix anything after all. The python3 source extractor scripts now correctly generate the pngs needed by SpArcFiRe.

I also updated the GalfitModule README some.
