Some ROMs not recognising D-Pad input e.g. Zelda: OOT, GoldenEye 007 #449

Describe your system:
 - Operating System (be specific): Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal amd64
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 64bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.99.4
 - Plugins used: default

Describe the problem:
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and GoldenEye 007: on these ROMs, D-Pad input
from USB joystick is not recognised. Previously was recognised under 1.5
(blight input). All other buttons function; All buttons and D-Pad function in
other ROMs.

Perhaps this is a ROM issue but given that it worked previously and these are
probably the two of the three most popular games for the system (I haven't
tested Super Mario 64) it seems like a relevant issue.

I cannot reproduce that problem. Please provide more information that the dpad
is working outside of mupen64plus and the correct buttons are assigned in your
configuration mupen64plus.cfg (or when using only auto configuration and
nothing related to this is stored in mupen64plus.cfg: check the mapping in
InputAutoCfg.ini).

Zelda doesn't use the D-pad at all, unless you mean the debug version.

@hyperhac I mean the physical D-Pad on my joystick, representing the
directional input on the virtual N64 controller.

@s... I will try to get those files; I will have to reinstall the 1.99 version
as I had downgraded to the (working) 1.5 version.
