Update docs per IE support #137

The Docs state:

IE file uploads are working but with a couple caveats. The before_add callback doesn't work. The progress bar doesn't work on IE."

These seem to work fine in IE 10 fyi

It does not work on IE 8/9. Indeed the docs should be updated. :/
