DG formatting breaks is not reader friendly #12

When reading page by page, the flow is bad because explanations can be found on a separate page from diagrams (with no labelling like explanations next page).

Furthermore, headers can also be on a page by itself separate from everything in the section.

Our UG and DG was optimized for github pages not when converting to pdf. It looks fine on github pages. https://ay2223s1-cs2103t-w10-2.github.io/tp/DeveloperGuide.html#model-component

Reason for disagreement: As a user, I am reading from your PDF DG. Hypothetically, many users may choose to read your PDF DG over going to your website each time and your poor formatting will affect them. Given below is a constraint of 2103 tP from the website:

PDF friendliness and conversion is a requirement for the project. Your DG is certainly not PDF friendly at the moment due to the high occurrence of irregular page breaks.
