Bump to version 5.2.0-rc.1 #212

I agree that a separate PR just for the bump is a bit awkward, but also more straightforward as technically the bump isn't part of any particular other change. Or in other words, it's not easy to decide which PR to tack it onto, I'm sidestepping that here with just a tiny bit more ceremony.

(If this project had a long future ahead I'd consider switching to semantic-release, but with Turbopack on the horizon it seems overkill at this point.)
