Improved install & postinstall targets #23

Use DESTDIR for installation path, added postinstall section to enable services.

The install target needs to be at the end, or typing "make" will try to install instead of building infnoise. Would you mind merging recent changes from wanderingidea, and updating this pull request?

Hi, the install target is at the end, but its quite different to the change of wanderingidea, as it uses install rules and implements support for DESTDIR, which is very helpful for packaging.
