Update support for ArchLinux #61

I received the infnoise device two days ago. Sadly the current ArchLinux package can't be installed on a current installation. Hence, I fixed the PKGBUILD, the build-archlinux.sh and infnoise.c itself. build-archlinux.sh received furthermore an option to build at least the x86_64 version locally without the need for signing the package.
