change license from "Unlicense" to "CC0" #75

as discussed before, I want to change the project's license (for all future versions and contributions) to the CC0 license, as the "Unlicense" seems to have some issues being legally water-proof (if something like this even exists)

Might want to also change the PKGBUILD for Arch Linux to include license=('custom:CC0'), in a fashion similar to the argon2 package.

Yes. I'll add some some commit with changes to all build files, so we can have a clean transistion (in this PR)
