Extraneous POST request to server when auth dialog appears during form submission #275

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tail the log on your server
2. Open Collect fresh (so the auth credentials aren't cached)
3. Try to submit a form

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Collect is actually sending 3 POST requests. One just as the auth dialog is 
appearing, and two after the credentials are entered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.7RC1, Android 2.3.4
