Modify preset syncing to be able to add/delete to truly sync #5

Basically, the syncing of presets should be able to both add new presets not in the current list and delete presets that no longer exist.

I'm thinking the list should pop up to show what is being added and removed and ask for a confirmation to do the sync. An extra step to this would be to automatically delete the images and hotkeys associated with the removed presets.

Anything starting or ending with temp/tmp should be filtered out. Cam ops should also be talked with to make sure any non-permanent preset either starts or ends with temp/tmp for easy purging.
