${HOSTNAME} variable is not set #2

Getting a warning on HOSTNAME not being set, could this be a missing variable not present in the .env file?

Hi again! In the current .env.example file there's not the HOSTNAME variable. Add it to your .env HOSTNAME=host.docker.internal
