WazuhHandler: Install and uninstall Wazuh manager

Add functions that allow install and uninstall the Wazuh manager through the official package or from packages.wazuh.com

• Install official wazuh manager function on Ubuntu:
  • I had problems running the command :

    curl -s https://packages.wazuh.com/key/GPG-KEY-WAZUH | gpg --no-default-keyring --keyring gnupg-ring:/usr/share/keyrings/wazuh.gpg --import && chmod 644 /usr/share/keyrings/wazuh.gpg

    I tried running it as a command, as a shell, split into multiple commands but not work. Also, I tried to execute a wget instead of a curl but didn't work either
