Fix the filebeat_node_name variable assignment for the wazuh-production-ready playbook

Description

It was found that the filebeat_node_name variable was only being assigned to the ansible-filebeat-oss role in the wazuh-produciton-ready playbook: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-ansible/blob/b9a538a00804cd1ec75b590bd3a539f5be5a2769/playbooks/wazuh-production-ready.yml#L96-L101
