Hello folks,

This PR adds the required CF template and provisioning scripts for deploying a Cross-Cluster Search architecture based on Opendistro.

Opendistro Kibana + Opendistro Elasticsearch node for CCS coordination.
Two simple environment with Wazuh manager and Filebeat-OSS + Opendistro Elasticsearch.
