Adapt to Elastic 7 #5

Hello,

These would be the necessary steps for upgrading to Elastic 7:

[x] Adapt template to support Elastic 7
[x] Manage the ec2 plugin to discover new cluster nodes
[x] Remove Logstash component
[x] Remove OpenJDK installation
[x] Perform changes into provisioning scripts for supporting Elastic 7
[x] Test

Hello team,

As it was discovered and discussed in this thread, the ec2 plugin doesn't work in ASG anymore due to the bootstrapping phase fails because of the initial_master_nodes option, now required to specify first. So it was necessary to implement a workaround for this. For now, we had to remove the ASG for master nodes, it will be studied to implement one for data and ingest nodes.

Any observation or suggestion for this would be much appreciated.
