Graph description is cut when it is located at the end of the graph #4057

Description When you hover with the mouse over the end of the graph, the message is cut.

Preconditions

  1. Agents generating events

Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to Modules>X>Events
  2. Hover the mouse over the end events in the chart

Expected Result

  1. Expect to see the complete message

Actual Result

  1. The message is cut

This behavior is also present in the native discover plugin. A proper fix would need to be included on the base software.
