I deployed a Wazuh single node stack with Docker with these changes made. There were no issues on the deployment.

The aim of this PR is to delete unnecessary options on the module configuration in the Docker Deployment.
As mentioned on the Release Notes for 4.8.0 https://documentation.wazuh.com/current/release-notes/release-4-8-0.html#dashboard-plugin the modules from 4.8.0 onwards are all enabled by default. That is why this PR removes the code that allowed to enable each module separately. Related issue: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-dashboard-plugins/issues/5965
