Description

This PR included a GitHub Workflow to build Indexer plugins.

Issues Resolved

Closes #13

The PR also improves the metadata of the plugins (only the initialization plugins exists nowadays), by including Wazuh as developer, group and custom versioning.

Pending to do:

[x] Make revision number in build.gradle dynamic (argument).
[x] Update actions to their latest version.
[x] Check if setup-gradle step can be omitted (gradlew already sets up Gradle).
[x] Upgrade Java
