Related: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-installation-assistant/issues/19 The aim of this PR is to migrate the existing Installation assistant workflows to the new repository. These workflows were developed in the wazuh-packages repository. Specifically:

The offline installation workflow: to test the offline installation (not using the -of option, as this workflow was developed before the -of option)
Password tool test workflow: Test the password tool behavior and ensure that the passwords are correctly changed.
