Support new OpenSearch version 2.12.0 #2870

Wazuh 4.9.0 is intended to use OpenSearch 2.12.0 for Wazuh Indexer and Wazuh Dashboard. We need to do the corresponding modifications to support that.

I will close this issue, as in 4.9.0 a different repository will be used to generate the packages.
