Failing checks

Distributed Cases - manager - ubuntu - Wazuh dashboard installation
- All 3 cases fail due to the following problem: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-packages/pull/2868#issuecomment-1983672840.
- And currently only these 3 changes fail, thanks to the following change: https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-packages/issues/2901
- If we want none of them to fail, it would be necessary to open issue to remove all the checks from PR_packages.groovy
