Change package URLs due to the migration to S3 #5376

Description

This PR aims to change the URL for all the packages that are used in the Vulnerability Detection E2E tests since it has been migrated to an S3 repository to ensure test stability and resilience against third-party service fluctuations.

tests/end_to_end/test_vulnerability_detector --inventory-path=./inventory.yaml --html=report.html ⚫⚫ :green_circle: Ubuntu 22, CentOS 7 amd64 and arm64v8 and Windows 11 https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-qa/pull/5376/commits/d906bc0660848d51da299ae375f9bc9d50889535 Error are expected https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-qa/issues/5397, but package installation is correct
