"Can't access master. Please check ip and pre-shared key" Error message on TACACSGUI Redundancy activation #16259

Hi, I am new with the TACACGUI server, I setup already the TACACSGUI Server and it works fine with switches. As a testing I am trying to activate the redundancy TACACSGUI servers (Master/Slave) but receive the following error messages:

Master: Error: Can't check activation Slave: Can't access master. Please check IP and pre-shared key

The pre-shared key used on the TACACSGUI Slave was the pre-shared that TACACSGUI Master generated.

I am wondering if the redundancy mode works only by paying the additional tech support.

Hi @patortega ,

I am not completely clear what is the query regarding Wazuh, could you please tell us what is the error or configuration you want to perform in Wazuh and it is not working as expected?
