This pull request, fix two problems of the extension sluggi, when used with workspaces:

https://github.com/wazum/sluggi/issues/33, move page into a workspace
Manage the slug update for the moved page recursively, into a workspace (one level)

Tested with: sluggi: 2.0.1 TYPO3: 10.4.15

I confirm that I have tested @gianstraf 's patch and it works in draft!

Version 3 (TYPO3 CMS 11) should be compatible with Workspaces now
