Netflix Queue - Remove Saved Instant #150

What functionality would you like to see added?
The current feed of the Instant Queue contains the Saved Instant which are 
unavailable for viewing. 
It would best if those didn't show in the listing. Don't know if Netflix's feed 
splits them out or not.

Even if the feed does not distinguish (which is likely) it should be possible 
to extract the info from Netflix using their official data API (which 
Understudy isn't using 
yet).

Once I have a chance to look at the feed some more I'll have a better idea how 
soon this is likely to happen.
