support tv guide feeds

I would like to see support for almost any RSS type feed including tv guide 
that would be cool

The problem with supporting arbitrary feeds is that the structure of the feed 
and the
video players on different sites are all setup a little differently. Understudy 
has
to handle each one specifically.

Since the TV Guide feeds link to video embedded from other sites, it can't be 
handled
as a specific kind of player. It should be possible to take the TV Guide feed 
and
ignore links for video that Understudy doesn't know how to handle, but it's a 
lower
priority than having particular players work well.
