This PR adds the functionality to include a PDF file in front of the actual generated PDF, e.g. an assignment with a problem to solve.

Also adds an example assignment to be included.

I got new information in https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/issues/6259#issuecomment-955747860 - i will work this in later and update the PR.
