Explanation re: estimators #4

In section II.C, we say:

Likewise, the total collision and flux in Eq. (9) must also be computed with analog tally estimators

One could do a total/flux tally without analog estimator, so it sounds odd to say that they "must" be computed using an analog estimator. Perhaps say something along the lines of "should be computed ... so that the estimates are consistent with one another." What do you think?

Good point, I've relaxed this claim along the lines of what you suggest here.
