Added Curated D3 Resources. #58

The content there is not exactly rock solid. It looks like it was automatically curated by Hackr.io.

Perhaps better to proof each of those individual links listed in there and add them to the appropriate sections of this README, instead of adding this link?

If you'd still like to add this link, I think it should mention "Hackr.io". The current link name and description "D3 - Community Curated Resources - Top Recommended Resources." is quite vague.

please check out the readme: "We decided not to list tutorials, resources or concepts here, because there is already a very good list of readings out there you can check out and contribute to."
