Broken due to parsec `0.1.3` not being upstreamed #4

I use elpaca, and installing from a development branch isn't exactly an issue.

But the issue https://github.com/cute-jumper/parsec.el/issues/11 was closed without actually uploading a newer version to any of the main repositories, or making a change to the upstream main.

do i understand correctly this is actually caused by gvariant.el not being installable, not gsettings.el (which builds on top)? (both are my packages btw.)

Yep. I opened issues there as well.
