time for a new release / tag? #217

Hello, Thanks for writing and maintaining asn1crypto (and the rest of the related suite). I see the latest release is 1.4.0 from June 2020; however, it seems there has been quite a bit of activity since then. Would it be convenient to make/tag a new version so that we can get these updates into the various distros? Much appreciated, --Joe
