Update expired certs. The new ones are from https://chain-demos.digicert.com/, which seem to be updated fairly regularly, so we don't need to do as much migration work in the future.
Turn revocation timestamps into regexes to make them future-proof

Note: this issue is blocking CI on wbond/asn1crypto#238 (and all new modularcrypto-related PRs, I guess).

...apparently the tests have been updated on master already, making this PR obsolete. :)

Sorry, I ended up not seeing this PR, but fixing it due to some work on oscrypto
