Do you intend to eventually support version dependencies with a satisfiability solver (or do you already)?

This may happen eventually. Package Control currently has no concept of dependencies at all. There is somewhat of a conversation starting over on issue #126 about this. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts.

Let's move all talk about dependencies to #166. Any thoughts or opinions are welcome there.
