Sublime Text 4087 noticed an update to 4088 this morning (2020-10-12). I ran the update by clicking on the dialog box notification.
After the update, ST restarted. I opened the console and noticed the following message: Package Control: Detected Sublime Text update, looking for package updates
I closed ST and restarted it several times. Each time, that same message appeared. No other packages were added or updated. I continued about my work.
Later, I noticed the message no longer appeared, but it was replaced by the common message: Package Control: Skipping automatic upgrade, last run at 2020-10-12 10:14:02, next run at 2020-10-12 11:14:02 or after
I suspect the automated check reset whatever was displaying the initial message.
I can't go back and get the debug log as it no longer happens, but I've attached my current console output.
