Some packages do not show up (either on the website or the "Install Package" dropdown). #537

Some packages cannot be found when trying to install them, and also cannot be found with the "instant search" feature of the website.

These packages do exist in the repositories.json of the master branch of the package_control_channel repo.

I've found at least 3 packages that exhibit this problem:

Also, I know that this was previously working, at least for SelectionTools.

GitHub is having lots of API issues, resulting in 500 responses. They have been made aware of the issue. Nothing I can do on this side but wait.
