Some packages not being updated

I've noticed that two of my packages haven't been updated in some time.

The releases available in PC seem to be behind since last week.

PHPUnitKit

Shows and installs via PC: 3.13.0

But there have been a few releases since last week:

• 3.14.0
• 3.15.0

3.15.0 was just been released a few hours ago.

MonokaiFree

Shows and installs via PC: 2.1.0

But there have been a few releases since last week:

• 2.2.0
• 2.2.1
• 2.3.0
