Hide package if it was removed #86

Currently you can see removed packages when:

E.g. Boxy Theme Addon - Linter Theme was removed, but I can see it:

I have noticed the same issue after my package was removed from the Package Control channel (https://github.com/wbond/package_control_channel/pull/6493). Also, the package can still be discovered by searching for it by name.
