Fix cmd-control-a keybinding in OSX #63

The super-ctrl-a keybinding did not work properly - this one does.

Hi @etjossem, I've applied your fix ("super" for "command") however the "alignment" continue does not working in OSX.

It's not working for me either. Just installed this package in the latest ST2 (v2.0.2, build 2221). Nothing's happening with any combination of super, alt, ctrl and a.
