Looks good to me though I'd like to undo a lot of the unnecessary whitespace changes. I don't have much time to land this immediately. I will land it by the end of the month
I was looking for an editorconfig file, but used my default.

file, it'd be much appreciated =)
I have been away and playing catchup since getting back and would be happy to create the editorconfig file however mine is different from what you have been using and I am not sure what settings you prefer. tabs or spaces and 2 or 4 spaces if applicable?
I've been using what seems to be the convention in the files (Sublime Text auto-configures when a file is opened). It looks like:
