Merged Fixes #19

Hi,

I don't know if this is of any interest to anyone but I have forked and merged all of the current pull requests (since the parent repo seems to be dormant at the moment).

I have also made the context menu into a more manageable pop out.

I have also incorporated the fix for issue #16 as this was my main problem.
