Document how to read the clock

There are some unique features of this clock:

• twenty-four hours (only slightly unusual)
• the watch hand (completly novel)
• the tics deliniating watches and hours of the watch
• the sun and moon moving around the periphery

These unique features could use some explaining in documentation. Edit the FAQ and add a page about how to read the clock.
