Conflict with craft-campaign plugin #98

When the Guide plugin is installed along with the putyourlightson/craft-campaign plugin, a server error occurs when trying to send a test email.

@raptureaid, thanks for letting me know. I'm not sure if it's an issue in Guide or in Campaign, but I'll look into it.

Hi @raptureaid, I just released a beta for Craft 5.0 and while working on the update I checked to see if this was fixed and in testing out Campaign along with Guide I no longer saw the issue.
