[Feature request] show unused tags as hidden folder #3

It isn't very easy to add files with some initial tags from file manager.

I can 'cp somefiles /tagfs/tag1/tag2', but I can't do this with file
manager if there no files with tags tag1 and tag2 present.

hmm, i think, show as hidden not only unused tags, but all. because while 
copying a
few files only one will be copied and will cause error to others.
