Identical requires causes update failure #1208

Steps to reproduce

Install 2 different plugins that require the same plugin with a tag of 'nightly'. Then :PackerSync

Actual behaviour

"failed to update fzf-lua"

Expected behaviour

Nothing should fail. Plugins should update or not, as needed.

Aww nevermind, just a messed up config. You can delete this if you want. It's not meaningful in any way to anybody. The nightly tag was supposed to be for nvim-tree.lua, not nvim-web-devicons. But for some reason I was applying it to nvim-tree/nvim-tree.lua and ibhagwan/fzf-lua while thinking I was applying it to nvim-tree/nvim-web-devicons.
