Not working with yarn #103

I don`t use nvm I use n. I installed it using npm.

node v12.18.2
nvm nvm --version
n 6.5.1
zsh zsh 5.7.1 (x86_64-apple-darwin19.0)

The output of __avn_debug in the directory with a .node-version file is:

nvm specific

[x] As an nvm user I am confirming that I did not install with Homebrew
