clang/debug is disabled in actions as valgrind fails for that combination. #177

It is marked as resolved with new versions of valgrind. But getting a new version of valgrind in github actions is a bit tricky.

I got valgrind 3.22 using brew on wsl and it worked fine with clang/debug
