Add support for clang-format #74

It would be really nice if we could have a clang format file to run all code through before committing it. That way we would fix all issues with whitespaces and eventual misses in how we write the code.

Agreed... Then it is only a matter of time! It is not something I'll focus on but I'll keep the issue open!

I would appreciate this to become a focus as it would simplify creating PRs a lot.
